Recently the agents in the Coldwell Banker Winter Springs office voted on some fun office awards such as, who has the best sense of humor, and who had the best or worst deal of 2010. One of the awards was best negotiator. I was completely flattered when my peers voted me as the best negotiator in the Winter Springs office.
